Our sensor chips are made with low-cost and highly reliable process. A master grating
is embossed into a semi-rigid Sol-Gel layer and with high temperature heat treatment
we can produce a low optical loss waveguide layer.
We can emboss gratings into any kind of material which is available in Sol-Gel form
and the grating can be as long as the master grating is. Production of special grating
structures like double gratings, chirped gratings and stacked gratings are also available.
A proprietary laser ablation method is also available for large scale,
microplate like grating structure production.
